RESOLUTION 02-103
FINALLY APPROVING AND CONFIRMING PLANS,SPECIFICATIONS,
FORM OF CONTRACT AND ESTIMATE OF COST FOR THE 2002 SANITARY
SEWER IMPROVEMENTS,DIVISION 1-STADIUM CONCESSION STAND
SANITARY SEWER EXTENION
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the 2002 Sanitary Sewer Improvements,Division 1 -Stadium Concession
Stand Sanitary Sewer Extension is a joint proj ect with the Waukee Community Schools;
AND,
WHEREAS,this Council has previously approved plans,specifications,form of contract
and estimate of cost for the 2002 Sanitary Sewer Improvements,Division 1 -Stadium
Concession Stand Sanitary Sewer Extension;AND,
WHEREAS,a hearing has been held on objections to this project.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 15th day of July 2002 that it hereby approves and confirms plans,
specifications,form of contract and estimate of cost for the 2002 Sanitary Sewer
Improvements,Division 1 -Stadium Concession Stand Sanitary Sewer Extension.
