RESOLUTION 02-108
APPROVING MAYOR'S APPOINTMENT OF MARVIN BERGER TO THE
UTILITY COMMITTEE AS REPLACEMENT FOR STAN LAWSON
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,Stan Lawson who has served the City of Waukee capably as a member of
the Utilities Committee for many years has resigned;AND,
WHEREAS,Marvin Berger as been appointed by Mayor Leslie to replace Mr.Lawson
on the Utilities Committee;AND,
WHEREAS,Mr.Berger,former City of Waukee council member,will bring valuable
experience and expertise to his role on the committee.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this sth day of August 2002 that it hereby approves the Mayor's appointment of
Marvin Berger to the Utility Committee as replacement for Stan Lawson.
