RESOLUTION 02-113.1
APPROVING THE SITE PLAN FOR W ARRlOR PLAZA,PHASE 2
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,Regency Land Company by and through CEC has been working with City
staff and Veenstra &Kim,Inc.since February,2002;AND,
WHEREAS,City staff and V &K have reviewed the revised site plan and recommend
approval ofthe final site plan provided that an 8"water isolation valve is installed to the
satisfaction of the City's Construction Inspector,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 12th day of August,2002 that it hereby approves the site plan for Warrior
Plaza Phase 2 subject to obtaining approval of the City Construction Inspector for
installation of an 8"water isolation valve.
