APPROVING THE SITE PLAN FOR WESTGATE BUSINESS PARK,
LOTS 14 AND 23
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE.IOWA
WHEREAS,Regency Land Company through CEC and Simonson and Associates has been
working with city staff and Veenstra &Kimm,Inc.since February,2002;AND,
WHEREAS,city staff and V &K have reviewed the revised site plan and recommend the
following to be completed as part of the approval of the final site plan:
1.As shown on the pictorial rendering,the owner has agreed to install a "flat"
metal panel on the north and south elevations which is different than the
"shadow"metal panel to be installed on the rear of the building,
2.Parking lot light pole detail will be approved by City staff prior to ordering
and installation,AND,
WHEREAS,city staff have reviewed the two options submitted by Simonson &Associates for
exterior elevations (Options A and B)and recommend the approval of Option A,
WHEREAS,all other V &K and City staff comments have been satisfactorily addressed,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOL YED by the City of Waukee City Council in session this
lih day of August that it hereby approves the Site Plan for Westgate Business Park,Lots 14 and
23,Option A,contingent on the completion of the items Ii sted above.
