RESOLUTION 02-119
APPROVING FINAL PLAT FOR ENTERPRISE BUSINESS PARI(PLAT 4
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the Final Plat for Enterprise Business Park Plat 4 was presented and
approved by the Planning and Zoning Commission on August 12,2002;AND,
WHEREAS,the Planning and Zoning Commission granted approval of the Final Plat
provided a notation be added stating that the installation of sidewalks and trail are the
responsibility of the lot owner/developer;AND,
WHEREAS,Downing Development has completed all necessary steps for final plat,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 19th day of August,2002 that it hereby approves the Final Plat for Enterprise
Business Park Plat 4.
