RESOLUTION 02-120
APPROVING FINAL PLAT FOR PARKVIEW CROSSING PLAT 3
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,Rick Ross,representing Jerry's Homes presented the final plat for Parkview
Crossing Plat 3,and the Planning and Zoning Commission unanimously approved the
Final Plat on August 12,2002 ;AND,
WHEREAS,Parkview Crossing Plat 3 is in general compliance with Section 304 of the
Waukee Municipal Code;AND,
WHEREAS,Jerry's Homes has completed all necessary steps for final plat,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 19th day of August,2002 that it hereby approves the Final Plat for Parkview
Crossing Plat 3 contingent upon Paul Huscher's review of the easements.
