APPROVING PRE-ANNEXATION AGREEMENT OF CONNIE NEWLIN
INTHENAMEANDBYTHEAUTHORITYOFTHECITYOFWAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,Connie Newlin has signed a voluntary petition to annex to the City of
Wankee;AND,
WHEREAS,Ms.Newlin would like to ensure her rights via a pre-annexation agreement
with the City and that agreement is included in this resolution by reference;AND,
WHEREAS,City staff have reviewed the pre-annexation agreement and find it equitable
for all parties.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 26th day of August 2002 that it hereby approves the pre-annexation
agreement with Connie Newlin
