Amending proposed Resolution of Necessity for the L.A.Grant Parkway
Widening Improvements Project
WHEREAS,this Council after full investigation deems it advisable to amend the
proposed resolution of necessity for the L.A.Grant Parkway Widening Improvements Project
(the "Project");
NOW,THEREFORE,It Is Resolved by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa,as
follows:
Section 1.The proposed Resolution of Necessity for the Project introduced on
August 19,2002,is hereby amended as follows:
Sidewalk installation is deleted from Lots 30 and 31.-all lots south of Lot 29.
Section 2.The plat and schedule of assessments are hereby amended to conform to
Section I hereof,and the Proj ect Engineers are instructed to make the proposed changes therein.
Section 3.Except as hereinabove determined,all objections are found to be without
merit and are denied.
Passed and approved this 9th day of September 2002.
