Ordering Preparation of Detailed List,Specifications,Notice of Hearing,
Notice to Bidders and Form of Contract
WHEREAS,this Council has approved FEH Associates as architects for the
construction and furnishing of the Waukee Public Library;and
WHEREAS,a detailed list and specifications for furnishings package number
one,notice of hearing and notice to bidders and form of contract should now be prepared
and filed with the City Clerk;
NOW,THEREFORE,It Is Resolved by the City Council of the City of Waukee,
Iowa,as follows:
Section 1.FEH Associates are hereby instructed to prepare and file with the
City Clerk a detailed list and specifications of furnishings package number one for the
Waukee Public Library Project.
Section 2.FEH Associates are hereby instructed to prepare and file with the
City Clerk notice of hearing and notice to bidders and form of contract covering the
Project.
Section 3.
hereby repealed.
Passed and approved this ninth (9th)day of September 2002.
All resolutions or parts of resolutions in conflict herewith are
