RESOLUTION 02-133
APPROVE THE STORM WATER DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS FOR
MAPLELEAFLANE
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee has been working with the Birchwood Circle
Homeowners Association and the Lyn Circle Townhomes to get the drainage problem
along the lot line fixed;AND,
WHEREAS,on August 28,2002,EDS performed a Storm Water Management Study
providing a recommendation for the improvement;AND,
WHEREAS,the Developer of the Hawthorne Ridge Development has agreed to pay the
cost of the improvement to handle the storm water which naturally flows to the common
property line between Birchwood Townhomes and Lyn Circle Townhomes;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,
Iowa that the Storm Water Improvements for MapleleafLane is hereby approved.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa,and approved the 9th day of
September 2002.
