RESOLUTION 02-134 I
APPROVING SITE PLAN FOR WESTGATE BUSINESS PARK LOT 21
INTHENAMEANDBYTHEAUTHORITYOFTHECITYOFWAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,Ed Arp of Civil Engineering Consultants presented the Site Plan for
Westgate Business Park Lot 21 to the Planning and Zoning Connnission;AND,
WHEREAS,the Planning and Zoning Connnission granted approval of the Site Plan;
AND,
WHEREAS,all City staff comments have been addressed and the Site Plan conforms to
all Waukee Municipal Code regarding site plans;AND,
WHEREAS,Veenstra &Kimm,Inc.,have also reviewed the Site Plan and suggested
changes.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 9th day of September,2002 that it hereby approves the Site Plan for Westgate
Business Park Lot 21.]
