RESOLUTION 02-135
APPROVING THE PRELIMINARY PLAT FOR
~L~SPOINTEPLAT2
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized
Municipal Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning &Zoning Commission approved the
Preliminary Plat for Williams Pointe Plat 2 on August 27,2002 ;AND,
WHEREAS,the Preliminary Plat for Williams Pointe Plat 2 are in general conformance
with section §303 -Land Subdivision Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code;and
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,
Iowa that the Preliminary Plat for Williams Pointe Plat 2 be approved.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa,and approved the 9th day of
September,2002.
