RESOLUTION 02-150
APPROVING AN EASEMENT FOR THE IDGHWAY 6 GAS PRESSURE
REGULATING STATION
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City Engineers and City Staff have reviewed the easement;AND,
WHEREAS,the owner James D.Keller will convey the easement to the City of Waukee
in trade for availability of gas to his property;AND,
WHEREAS,building a Gas Pressure Regulating Station within this easement will aide
the city in providing more capacity to the R-22 gas extension area.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 7'h day of ~~2002 that it hereby approves an easement for the
Highway 6 Gas Pressure Regulating Station.
