FINALLY APPROVING AND CONFIRMING DETAILED LIST,
SPECIFICATIONS,FORM OF CONTRACT AND ESTIMATE OF COST FOR
THE LIBRARY FURNISHINGS PACKAGE NO.1
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee has previously ordered and approved the detailed list
and specifications,form of contract and estimate of cost for the Library Furnishings
Package No.1;AND,
WHEREAS,a public hearing has been held on objections to the Library Fumishings
Package No.1;AND,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Waukee City Council in session this
7'h day of October 2002 that it hereby finally approves the detailed list,specifications,
form of contract and estimate of cost for the Library Furnishings Package No.I for the
Waukee Public Library.
