RESOLUTION 02-151
APPROVING THE SITE PLAN FOR WELLS FARGO ADDITION
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,Gary Reed of Kirkham Michael presented the Site Plan to the Planning and Zoning
Commission;AND,
WHEREAS,the Site Plan conforms with the requirements outlined in Waukee Municipal Code;
AND,
WHEREAS,the Plauning and Zoning Commission granted approval of the Site Plan contingent
on the sidewalk along Carefree Lane being built at the time of building construction;AND,
WHEREAS,the City has received a letter from the developers stating that the developers will
retain complete ownership of the property,and if not will install individual water and sewer lines
to each lot;AND,
WHEREAS,Veenstra &Kimm,Inc.,have also reviewed the Plat of Survey and suggested
changes;AND,
WHEREAS,all Veenstra &Kimm and City staff comments have been addressed.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in session this
7'h day of 9cIlt~2002 that it hereby approves the Site Plan for the Wells Fargo Addition
with the following stipulations:1)a berm will be included in the landscaping on the north side of
the lot;2)a gable /dormer will be built on the north side of the building;and 3)a drawing or
picture of the changes in place will be presented to staff prior to construction.
