RESOLUTION 02-161
APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT FOR
INTERSTATE BUSINESS VENTURES PLAT 1
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized
Municipal Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the Planning and Zoning Connnission approved the Final Plat for Interstate
Business Ventures on September 24,2002;AND,
WHEREAS,the Final Plat for Interstate Business Ventures Plat 1 is in general
conformance with section §303 -Land Subdivision Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal
Code;and
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,
Iowa that the Final Plat for Interstate Business Ventures Plat 1 be approved,
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa,and approved the 21't day of
October 2002.I
