RESOLUTION 02-160
APPROVING THE PRELIMINARY PLAT FOR
INTERSTATE BUSINESS VENTURES PLAT 1
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized
Municipal Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee approved the Preliminary Plat for Interstate Business
Ventures Plat 1 on September 24,2002;the developer has complied with all the requests
from the staff and City Engineer;AND,
WHEREAS,the Preliminary Plat for Interstate Business Ventures Plat 1 is in general
conformance with section §303 -Land Subdivision Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal
Code;and
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOL YED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,
Iowa that the Preliminary Plat for Interstate Business Ventures be approved.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa,and approved the 21 st day of
October,2002.
