RESOLUTION 02-154
APPROVING FINAL PAY APPLICATION FOR MCANINCH CORPORATION
IN THE AMOUNT OF $8,344.46
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORiTY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,McAninch Corporation has submitted all close-out documents for the
library site work started in Fall,2001 and completed in Spring,2002;AND,
WHEREAS,John D Karrmann ofFER Associates,Inc.has reviewed and approved the
close-out documents and the Final Pay Application in the amount of $8,344.46.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 21 st day of October 2002 that it hereby approves the Final Pay Application
for McAninch Corporation in the amount of $8,344.46.
