RESOLUTION 02-166
APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT FOR
PARKVIEW COMMONS
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized
Municipal Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the Planning and Zoning Commission approved the Final Plat for Parkview
Commons on September 10,2002 with the following condition:1)all V &K and staff
comments are addressed,and 2)the concrete flume is completed within 30 days;AND,
WHEREAS,the Final Plat for Parkview Commons is in general conformance with
section §303 -Land Subdivision Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code;and
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council ofthe City of Waukee,
Iowa that the Final Plat for Parkview Commons be approved subject to the builder
correcting the problem of one inch of standing water in the approximately last 10 feet of
the newly constructed flume.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa,and approved the 21"day of
October,2002.
