RESOLUTION 02-164
APPROVING THE CONSTRUCTION PLANS FOR
PARKVIEW CROSSING PLAT 4
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized
Municipal Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee approved the Preliminary Plat for Parkview Crossing
Plat 4 on October 8,2002;AND,
WHEREAS,Bishop Engineering has submitted the construction plans for Parkview
Crossing Plat 4,and the constructions plans have been reviewed by the City Engineers
and the City Staff and find them to be general conformance with the Design Standards set
forth by the City of Waukee;and
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOL YED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,
Iowa that the Construction Plans for Parkview Crossing Plat 4 be approved.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa,and approved the 21 st day of
October 2002.
