RESOLUTION 02-169
APPROVING THE AUDITOR'S FINAL REPORT FOR FY2002
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Iowa is an incorporated City within Dallas County,
Iowa;AND,
WHEREAS,the City Council of Waukee awarded the contract for audit services to
Denman and Company,LLP on April 16,2001;AND,
WHEREAS,Denman and Company,LLP has audited the FY2002 books and has found
them to be in compliance with state laws;AND,
WHEREAS,Denman and Company,LLP will be presenting their fmdings at the
November 4,2002 Council Meeting.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session tills 4th day of November 2002 that it hereby approves the auditor's Final Report
FY2002.
