RESOLUTION 02-176 1
APPROVING AN AMENDMENT TO THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN TO
COINCIDE WITH THE RE-ZONING OF OLIVE GLEN
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee has a Comprehensive Plan in place to guide the City in
its future development;AND,
WHEREAS,the current designation of the laud now known as Olive Glen is "Business
Park";AND,
WHEREAS,"Commercial"would be a better designation of Olive Glen as it is re-zoned
to Planned Development District.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 4th day of November 2002 that it hereby approves au amendment to the
Comprehensive Piau to coincide with the re-zoning of Olive Glen.
