RESOLUTION 02-170 I
APPROVING MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT WITH NEW EMS MEDICAL
DIRECTOR,TIMOTHY GERDlS,D.O.
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,state regulations require local emergency medical service providers to
procure a medical director;AND,
WHEREAS,Dr.Timothy Gerdis,D.O.has agreed to become the Waukee Fire
Department EMS Medical Director beginning November 5,2002;AND,
WHEREAS,City Attorney Paul Huscher has reviewed and approved the agreement with
Dr.Gerdis.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 4th day of November 2002 that it hereby approves memorandum of
agreement with new EMS Medical Director,Timothy Gerdis,D.O ..
