Home My WebLink About2002-11-04-Resolutions 02-173_Waukee Comm Schools Admin Bldg - Site PlanTHE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA RESOLUTION 02-173 APPROVING THE SITE PLAN FOR R&R REALTY /WAUKEE COMMUNITY SCHOOLS ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICES INTHENAMEANDBYTHEAUTHORITYOFTHECITYOFWAUKEE,IOWA WHEREAS,Dan Dutcher of R&R Realty presented the Site Plan for R&R Realty Office Building /Waukee Community Schools Administrative Offices on behalf ofthe Waukee School District to the Planning &Zoning Commission;AND, WHEREAS,Veenstra &Kimrn,Inc.and City staff have reviewed the Site Plan and suggested changes;AND, WHEREAS,the developers met with City staff on October 25,2002 to discuss Veenstra &Kimm,Inc.and City staff comments;AND, WHEREAS,the developers agreed to implement the changes suggested by Veenstra & Kimm,Inc.and City staff;AND, WHEREAS,the Planning &Zoning Commission approved the Site Plan for the R&R Realty Office Building /Waukee Community Schools Administrative Offices at their special meeting of October 29,2002; NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in session this 4th day of November 2002 that it hereby approves the Site Plan for R&R Realty Office Bldg /Waukee Community Schools Administrative Offices. &w)),<f?~_.
