RESOLUTION 02-177
APPROVING A COUNCIL INITIATED REZONING OF WESTGATE BUSINESS
PARK PLAT 2
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee would like to consider re-zoning Westgate Business
Park Plat 2 fromM-l andM-lA toPD;AND,
WHEREAS,Mr.Campney presented a proposed set ofPD regulations to the Planning &
Zoning Commission during the October 8,2002 regular meeting;AND,
WHEREAS,a PD District may be desirable,and may allow flexibility to both the
developer and to the City of Waukee.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 4'h day of November 2002 that it hereby directs that notice be published of a
public hearing to determine whether the Westgate Business Park Plat 2 should be rezoned
from M-l and M-lA to a PD (Planned Development District).
