THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
APPROVING THE PRELIMINARY PLAT FOR
WILLIAMS POINT TOWNHOMES
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized
Municipal Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the Planning and Zoning Commission approved the Preliminary Plat for
Williams Point Townhomes on October 22,2002;AND,
WHEREAS,the Preliminary Plat for Williams Pointe Townhomes is in general
conformance with section §303 -Land Subdivision Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal
Code;and
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,
Iowa tbat the Preliminary Plat for Williams Point Townhomes be approved.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa,and approved the 4th day of
November 2002.J
