RESOLUTION 02-175
APPROVING THE SITE PLAN FOR WILLIAMS POINT TOWNHOMES
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,Brad Cooper of Civil Engineering Consultants presented the Site Plan for
Williams Point Townhomes on behalf of Regency Land Company to the Planning and
Zoning Commission;AND,
WHEREAS,the Preliminary Plat for Williams Point Townhomes was also presented to
and approved by the Planning &Zoning Commission at their regular meeting of October
22,2002;AND,
WHEREAS,the Planning &Zoning Commission approved the Site Plan for Williams
Point Townhomes at their regular meeting of October 22,2002;AND,
WHEREAS,City staff and Veenstra &Kimm have reviewed the Site Plan and stated the
following must be corrected or included:
1.The proposed bike trail along Waco Place must be indicated more
clearly on the Site Plan
2.Sidewalks need to be shown on the Site Plan
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 4th day of November 2002 that it hereby approves the Site Plan for Williams
Point Townhomes.
