RESOLUTION 02-183 I
APPROVING CLARIFICATION OF THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN
INTHENAMEANDBYTHEAUTHORITYOFTHECITYOFWAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee has a Comprehensive Plan in place to guide the City in
its future development;AND,
WHEREAS,page 76 of the Comprehensive Plan has been reworded to more accurately
align with maps in the Comprehensive Plan;AND,
WHEREAS,the Future Land Use map of the Comprehensive Plan has been changed to
more accurately depict the City of Waukee's loop road concept,and its connections
through the City of Clive;AND,
WHEREAS,the Future Land Use map of the Comprehensive Plan has been changed to
include that portion of Waukee that is located north of Meredith Drive;AND,
WHEREAS,the Planning and Zoning Commission approved the resolution during the
October 22,2002 regular meeting:
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 18th day of November 2002 that it hereby approves the clarification of the
Comprehensive Plan.
