RESOLUTION 02-182
APPROVING THE CONSTRUCTION PLANS FOR
WILLOW BROOK PLAT 1
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized
Municipal Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee approved the Preliminary Plat for Willow Brook Plat I
on August 27,2002 ;AND,
WHEREAS,Civil Engineering Consultants has submitted the construction plans for
Willow Brook Plat I,and the constructions plans have been reviewed by the City
Engineers and the City Staff and find them to be general conformance with the Design
Standards set forth by the City of Waukee;and
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council ofthe City of Waukee,
Iowa that the Construction Plans for Willow Brook Plat 1 be approved.
Passed by the City Council of the City ofWankee,Iowa,and approved the 18th day of
November,2002.
