RESOLUTION 02-189 1
APPROVING THE SITE PLAN FOR KIDS COMPANY ADDITION
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,Greg Mann of Mann Construction presented the Site Plan for Kids
Company Additon to the Planning and Zoning Commission on behalf of business owner
Trudy Clayton;AND,
WHEREAS,Kids Company Daycare has proven to be an important and valued business
in the City of Waukee;AND,
WHEREAS,the Planning and Zoning Commission reviewed the submittal and granted
approval of the Site Plan;AND,
WHEREAS,Veenstra &Kimm,Inc.,have also reviewed the Site Plan and suggested
changes;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 2nd day of December 2002 that it hereby approves the Site Plan for Kids
Company Addition.]
