RESOLUTION 02-188
APPROVING VEENSTRA &KIMM,INC.PROPOSAL FOR THE
PREPARATION OF A PLAN OF ACTION FOR THE SOUTHFORK
WASTEWATER COLLECTION SYSTEM
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,a Plan of Action for the Southfork Wastewater Collection System must be
completed and submitted to the Department of Natural Resources prior to the
construction phase ofthis project;AND,
WHEREAS,Veenstra &Kimm,Inc.,designated city engineers,have submitted a
proposal for the preparation of this plan;AND,
WHEREAS,City Staff have reviewed and approved the overall proposal,time line and
cost.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 2nd day of December 2002 that it hereby approves the Veenstra &Kimm,Inc.
proposal for the preparation of a Plan of Action for the Southfork Wastewater Collection
System.
