RESOLUTION 02-196
APPROVING THE CONSTRUCTION PLANS FOR
MIDWEST COMMERCIAL DEVELOPMENT PLAT 1
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized
Municipal Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission approved the
Preliminary Plat for Midwest Commercial Development Plat I on October 22,2002;
AND,
WHEREAS,Kirkham Michael has submitted the construction plans for Midwest
Commercial Development Plat I,and the constructions plans have been reviewed by the
City Engineers and the City Staff and fmd them to be general conformance with the
Design Standards set forth by the City of Waukee;and
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,
Iowa that the Construction Plans for Midwest Commercial Development Plat I be
approved.
Passed by the City Council ofthe City of Waukee,Iowa,and approved the 16th day of
December,2002.
