RESOLUTION 02-195 I
APPROVING THE PRELIMINARY PLAT FOR
MIDWEST COMMERCIAL DEVELOPMENT PLAT 1
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized
Municipal Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission approved the
Preliminary Plat for Midwest Commercial Development Plat 1 on October 22,2002 ;
AND,
WHEREAS,the Preliminary Plat for Midwest Commercial Development Plat 1 is in
general COnf0l111anCewith section §303 -Land Subdivision Ordinance of the Waukee
Municipal Code;and
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,
Iowa that the Preliminary Plat for Midwest Commercial Development Plat 1 be approved.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa,and approved the 16th day of
December,2002.
