RESOLUTION 02-194
APPROVING THE SITE PLAN FOR WAUKEE MIDDLE SCHOOL (8-9 GRADE
BLDG.)
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,Matt Carlile ofRDG Crose Gardner Shukert presented the Site Plan for
Waukee Middle School (8-9 grade bldg.)to the Planning &Zoning Commission on
behalf of the Waukee Commnnity School District,AND,
WHEREAS,the Planning &Zoning Commission granted approval of the Site Plan at the
December 10,2002 regular meeting,AND,
WHEREAS,Veenstra &Kimm and City staff have also reviewed the Site Plan and
suggested changes.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 16th day of December,2002 that it approves the Site Plan for Waukee
Middle School (8-9 grade building).
