RESOLUTION 03-182
APPROVING THE SITE PLAN FOR LEGACY POINTE TOWNHOMES PHASE 1
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized
Municipal Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission approved the Site
Plan for Legacy Pointe Townhomes Phase I on August 12,2003;AND,
WHEREAS,the Site Plan for Legacy Pointe Townhomes Phase 1 is in general
conformance with section §304 -Site Plan Ordinance ofthe Waukee Municipal Code;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,
Iowa that the Site Plan for Legacy Pointe Townhomes Phase 1 be approved.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa,and approved the 18th day of
August 2003.
