THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
APPROVING THE SITE PLAN FOR SPORTS PLEX WEST
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized
Municipal Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission approved the Site
Plan for Sports Plex West on August 12,2003;AND,
WHEREAS,the Site Plan for Sports Plex West is in general conformance with section
§304 -Site Plan Ordinance of the Waukee Mnnicipal Code;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,
Iowa that the Site Plan for Sports Plex West be approved.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa,and approved the 18th day of
August 2003.
