RESOLUTION 03-179 I
APPROVING THE PRELIMINARY PLAT FOR
WILLIAMS POINTE PLAT 4
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the City ofWaulcee Planning and Zoning Commission approved the Preliminary
Plat for Williams Pointe Plat 4 on August 12,2003;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee will require the completion of a traffic study on the Williams
Pointe Subdivision before final plat for Williams Pointe Plat 4 can be submitted and approved;
AND,
WHEREAS,the developer has agreed to install the first segment of the storm sewer running
west of the existing intake to prevent ponding that is now occurring in the SE area by fall of
2003;AND,
WHEREAS,the Preliminary Plat for Williams Pointe Plat 4 is in general conformance with
section §303 -Land Subdivision Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code;and

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOL YED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa
that the Preliminary Plat for Williams Pointe Plat 4 be approved with the following amendments:
1.Approval includes the requirement that a traffic study be completed for Williams
Pointe
2.And includes the requirement to construct a thirty (30)foot access into the park
between lots 8 &9 with the house to the left of the entrance moved to the east.
Passed by the City Council ofthe City ofWaulcee,Iowa,and approved the 18th day of August
2003.
