RESOLUTION 03-180
APPROVING THE PRELIMINARY PLAT FOR
WILLIAMS POINTE PLAT 5
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized
Municipal Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Plauning and Zoning Commission approved the
Preliminary Plat for Williams Pointe Plat 5 on August 12,2003;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee will require the completion of a traffic study on the
Williams Pointe Subdivision before the approval of the Site Plan for the Condominium
project and/or construction plan approval for any phase of Williams Pointe Plat 5;AND,
WHEREAS,the Preliminary Plat for Williams Pointe Plat 5 is in general conformance
with section §303 -Land Subdivision Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code;and
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,
Iowa that the Preliminary Plat for Williams Pointe Plat 5 be approved.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa,and approved the 18th day of
August 2003.
