Ordering Preparation of Detailed List,Specifications,Notice of Hearing,
Notice to Bidders and Form of Contract
WHEREAS,this Council has approved Snyder &Associates as engineers for the
design and oversight of construction for the Hickman Road Street Light Pole Installation
Proj ect;and
WHEREAS,detailed plans and specifications,notice of hearing and notice to
bidders and form of contract should now be prepared and filed with the City Clerk;
NOW,THEREFORE,It Is Resolved by the City Council of the City of Waukee,
Iowa,as follows:
Section 1.Snyder &Associates is hereby instructed to prepare and file with
the City Clerk detailed plans and specifications for the Project.
Section 2.Snyder &Associates is hereby instructed to prepare and file with
the City Clerk notice of hearing and notice to bidders and form of contract covering the
Project.
Section 3.
hereby repealed.
Passed and approved this twenty-fifth (25th)day of August 2003.
