RESOLUTION 03-227
APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT FOR
PARKVIEW CROSSING PLAT 5
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized
Municipal Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission approved the Final
Plat for Parkview Crossing Plat 5 on November 10,2003;AND,
WHEREAS,the Final Plat for Parkview Crossing Plat 5 is in general conformance with
section §303 -Land Subdivision Ordinance ofthe Waukee Municipal Code;and
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,
Iowa that the Final Plat for Parkview Crossing Plat 5 be approved.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa,and approved the I"day of
December 2003.
