RESOLUTION 03-228
APPROVING THE CONSTRUCTION PLANS FOR
WILLIAMS POINTE PLAT 5
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized
Municipal Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,Cooper Crawford &Associates,L.L.c.has submitted the construction
plans for Williams Pointe Plat 5,and the construction plans have been reviewed by the
City Engineers and the City Staff and find them to be in general conformance with the
Design Standards set forth by the City of Waukee;AND,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 1st day of December 2003 that it hereby approves Construction Plans for
Williams Pointe Plat 5.
