RESOLUTION 03-174
APPROVING CHANGES TO THE RULES OF PROCEDURE FOR CONDUCT
OF CITY COUNCIL BUSINESS
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the Waukee City Council enacted rules and procedures by which council
meetings were to be conducted on December 3,2001 and modified those rules on January
21,2002 and on September 9,2002;AND,
WHEREAS,additional changes have been identified;AND,
WHEREAS,staff and council have had the opportunity to provide input and/or changes
to the proposed Rules and Procedure
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this lsth day of August 2003 that it hereby approves changes to the Rules of
Procedure for Conduct of City Council Business.
