Ordering Preparation of Detailed List,Specifications,Notice of Hearing,
Notice to Bidders and Form of Contract
WHEREAS,this Council has approved Veenstra &Kimm,Inc.as engineers for
the design and oversight of construction for the Warrior Lane Sidewalk and Storm Sewer
Improvements;and
WHEREAS,detailed plans and specifications,notice of hearing and notice to
bidders and form of contract should now be prepared and filed with the City Clerk;
NOW,THEREFORE,It Is Resolved by the City Council of the City of Waukee,
Iowa,as follows:
Section 1.Veenstra &Kimm,Inc.is hereby instructed to prep are and file
with the City Clerk detailed plans and specifications for the Project.
Section 2.Veenstra &Kinnn,Inc.is hereby instructed to prepare and file
with the City Clerk notice of hearing and notice to bidders and form of contract covering
the Project.
Section 3.
hereby repealed.
Passed and approved this eighteenth (18th)day of August 2003.
All resolutions or parts of resolutions in conflict herewith are
