RESOLUTION 2020-065
ACCEPTING PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
[STONE PRAIRIE PLAT 4, PHASE 2]
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Iowa is a duly organized municipality within Dallas
County; AND,
WHEREAS, Primus Companies of Cedar Rapids, IA, has completed the public
improvements associated with Stone Prairie Plat 4, Phase 2; AND,
WHEREAS, City Engineers have reviewed the improvements constructed as part of
Stone Prairie Plat 4, Phase 2 and confirm that said improvements constructed as a part of
this project are in general conformance with the Standard Specifications of the City of
Waukee.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 18t' day of February, 2020, that it hereby accepts the public improvements
associated with Stone Prairie Plat 4, Phase 2.
