RESOLUTION 12-49
APPROVING THE SITE PLAN FOR WAUKEE TRAILHEAD IMPROVEMENTS _10TH
STREET AND mCKMAN ROAD
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee has previously retained the services of RDG Planuing aud
Design to complete plaus for improvements to the existiug trailhead located at the intersection of
N 10u1 Street aud W Hickman Road;AND,
WHEREAS,the Waukee Parks and Recreation Board has reviewed the Site PIau at their
meeting on January 18,2012;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planuing and Zoning Commission approved the Site Plan for
Trailhead Project on February 14,2012;AND,
WHEREAS,the Site PIau for the Waukee Trailhead Improvements is in general conformauce
with §304 -Site Plan Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa on
this 5th day of March,2012 that the Site PIau for Waukee Trailhead provements is approved.
