RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE'S STATE OF IOWA FY2012
ANNUAL URBAN RENEWAL REPORT,AND DIRECTING THE DIRECTOR
OF FINANCE FOR THE CITY OF WAUKEE TO FILE THE REPORT WITH
THE DEPARTMENT OF MANAGEMENT
WHEREAS,The Waulcee Director of Finance has submitted to the City Council of the
City of Waukee,the State ofIowa FY2012 Annual Urban Renewal Report for the City of
Waulcee,Iowa;AND
WHEREAS,the report shows total TIT Revenues in the amount of$3,272,517 and total
Expenditures of $2,345,610 with an Ending Cash Balance of$3,823,638;AND
WHEREAS,according to Iowa Code sections 331.403(3)and 384.22(2)the report is
required to be submitted to the Department of Management by December 1st of each
year;
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED that the City ofWaulcee hereby approves
the State ofIowa 2012 Financial Report and directs the Director of Finance to submit it to
the Auditor of State,this 19th day of November 2012.
