RESOLUTION 13-013
APPROVING THE MAYOR'S APPOINTMENT OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE
REPRESENTATIVE TO THE BOARD OF THE GREATER DALLAS COUNTY
DEVELOPMENT ALLIANCE FOR THE YEAR 2013
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Iowa is a duly organized municipality within Dallas
County;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee is a member of the Greater Dallas County Development
Alliance,an organization that functions primarily to promote economic development
throughout Dallas County;AND,
WHEREAS,it is necessary for the Mayor to appoint a representative to the GDCDA board;
AND,
WHEREAS,Mayor William F.Peard appoints Interim City Administrator Bradly M.Deets
as the City of Waukee representative to the Board of the Greater Dallas County Development
Alliance.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in session
this 7th day of January,2013,that it hereby approves the Mayor's appointment of the City of
Waukee representative to the Board of the Greater Dallas County Development Alliance for
the Year 2013.
