MINUTES OF THE TUESDAY APRIL 10,2007 PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION MEETING.
Chairman Hoifeldt called the April 10,2007 meeting of the Planning and Zoning Commission to order at 7:00 1

Roll Cali.Chairman Hoifeldt asked for a roll call and the following Commissioners were present:Hoifeldt,J
Airhart,Dutcher,Steele,Wilson,Mook,and Schmidt.Absent:None.Others in attendance:Council
Representative Don Bailey,Beth Richardson,Brad Deets,Dennis Dowell,and John Kursitis.
Agenda Approval.Motion by Commissioner Schmidt,seconded by Commissioner Wilson,to "Approve the
Agenda for April 10,2007."Ayes:Schmidt,Wilson,Mook,Airhart,Steele,Hoifeldt,and Dutcher.Nays:
None.Motion carried,
Approval of March 27,2007 Regular Meeting Minutes.Motion by Commissioner Schmidt,seconded by
Commissioner Steele,to "Adopt the March 27,2007 Regular Meeting Minutes."Ayes:Schmidt,Steele,Airhart,
Mook,Hoifeldt,Wilson,and Dutcher.Nays:None.Motion carried.
Open Fornm.No one appeared to address the Commission during the Open Forum.
Motion to Approve the Preliminary Plat for Glynn Village Plat 3.Doug Saltsgaver with Engineering
Resource Group and Joe Pietruszynski with Hubbell Homes represented the final plat for Glynn Village Plat 3.
The preliminary plat is a continuation of the conservation development of Glynn Village Plats 1 and 2 to include
an additional 67 lots encompassing approximately 26.8 acres of single family residential.Motion by
Commissioner Steele,seconded by Commissioner Schmidt to "Approve the Preliminary Plat for Glynn Village
Plat 3."Ayes:,Steele,Schmidt,Mook,Wilson,Hoifeldt,and Airhart.Nays:None.Abstain:Dutcher.Motion
carried.
New Business.Brad Deets is putting together the Comprehensive Plan overview and will get a copy out to each
of the Commissioners.Brad Deets introduced Ben Landhauser to the Commissioners;Ben has been the
planning department intern for several months.

Adjournment.Motion by Commissioner Wilson,second by Commissioner Dutcher,to adjourn at
7:14 p.m.Ayes:Wilson,Dutcher,Steele,Schmidt,Hoifeldt,Airhart,and Mook.Nays:None.Motion carried,
Meeting adjourned.
