MINUTES OF THE MONDAY,MAY 17,2004 PLANNING AND ZONING COMMlSSION
SPECIAL MEETING.
Chairman Steele called the May 17,2004 special meeting of the Planning &Zoning Commission to
order at 6:30 p.m.
Roll Call.Chairman Steele asked for a roll call and the following Commissioners were present
Hoifeldt,Schmidt,Willits,White.Absent:Korpanty,Krantz.Council Representative:Mertz.
Agenda Approval.Chairman Steele asked if there were auy changes to the agenda.None.Motion
by Commissioner Willits,seconded by Commissioner Sclnnidt,to "Approve the Agenda for May 17,
2004 Special Meeting."Ayes:Hoifeldt,Schmidt,Willits,White,Steele.Nays:None.Motion
carried.
Approve the Final Plat for Westgate Plat 6.Tom Wittman of Civil Engineering Consultants (CEC)
presented the Final Plat for Westgate Plat 6.Motion by Commissioner Willits,seconded by
Commissioner Schmidt,to "Approve the Final Plat for Westgate Plat 6."Ayes:Hoifeldt,Schmidt,
Willits,White,Steele.Nays:None.Motion carried.
New Business.The June 8 and September 14 meeting dates are in conflict with primary and school
board elections.The Commission was asked to consider moving those meetings to a different location.
The Commission decided to see what was on the agenda for the June 8 meeting prior to making a
decision.
Adjournment.Motion by Commissioner Willits,seconded by Commissioner Schmidt,to adjourn at
6:38 p.m.Ayes:Hoifeldt,Schmidt,Willits,White,Steele.Nays:None.Motion carried.Meeting
adjourned.
