Meeting was called to order by Chairman Leil oy Wolfe.

Park Towne Corp.aen t pho t ogr apn s of sealed model of their
park at Omaha,Neb.Planning and Zoning felt that they
could not give a favorable recommendation for the following
reasons:
1.Photograph was of scaled model rather thw1 actual pa~k
2.We received no figures of tax revenue.
3.No topo of area.
,'-'loved by Keller and seconded by Neubauer to recommend to
the Council that they instruct the board of Adjustments to
meet and organize in such a manner that the Chairman will
be one of their members other than the building administrator.
Loved by Dolmage and seconded by Stw11ey to request that
the Council furnish us with up to date base map of the
Town of Waukee.,
Chairman,JJeRoy Wolfe requested the Council f'ur-n ish him with
a key to the Town Hall or have it unlocked on our meeting
nights so we will be able to get in.
Dennis Dolmage requested a copy of the Comprehensive De-
velopement p Lan \Technical Re por-b )for his use.
Ruby rilertes will attend the Pe b ,1 Council Eeeting.
Our next meeting will be Feb.16,7:30 p s n ,-Town Hall.
